Brooks Victorian Duathlon Series 2009

Now in its eighth year, the Brooks Victorian Duathlon series of races is on again to provide racing throughout winter and spring at both entry level or for more serious competitive racing. Across the six races we have two race distances available - the Brooks title sprint distance race of 5km run / 20km bike / 3km run and the XOSIZE Active Duathlon Dash race of 2km run / 10km bike / 1 km run.

Brooks are once again the title sponsor providing a $150 voucher for the series winner in each category, plus prizes at the Victorian Duathlon Championships. And XOSIZE Active is continuing as sponsor of the Duathlon Dash. XOSIZE Active, sports retailers, will provide 4 x $100 vouchers at each event.

Other sponsors in the series are Gravity Zero and Medal & Trophy Industries.

Manningham, Knox, Taylormade, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula Triathlon clubs will join Triathlon Victoria in running the series.

Duathlon, like Triathlon, allows for team entries - you can get involved with a friend or family member and double the experience!
